Due to new PCI security requirements, MTXEPS support can no longer accept full WinEPS archive or offline files through our email and general FTP site. Although customer information is still encrypted in these files, best practice is to limit how far these files actually get propagated throughout various networks. For general troubleshooting, the spool file can be removed from a historical archive file and then re-zipped for transfer via email or FTP.
