Over the past 20 years MTXEPS reporting has evolved, with retailer direction, to become the comprehensive reporting suite you see today. And now with ServerEPS you now can access these reports remotely. Reports support multiple reporting periods and can be Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annually, or yearly, it’s really up to you. Reports can be consolidated by user defined groupings, such as divisions or geographic regions. User security ensures only authorized personnel have access to create and/or views reports based on their permissions. The flexible interface makes it easy to access real-time data and export it into industry standard formats such as Microsoft® Excel®, PDF, CSV and XML. With this flexibility generating custom reports is easily accomplished.
Since all reports are current up to the second, researching a problem transaction in any of your stores is just a point and click away. Tracking of detailed store, lane, or checker activity is standard and allows a window into the store anywhere anytime. Centralized payment reconciliation and exception reports make balancing from the store to the payment host processor automatic. All stores can be checked at once by the software so only the out of balance conditions are reported. Each out of balance condition is clearly identified by store and by tender so balancing time is spent where it’s needed.
